Can I do a lot of yoga on my own in the morning without a sequence?

Like just do all the postures in any order of course with the corpse pose at the end and downward dog first.

Yes – any yoga done in any order is beneficial. I do it all the time, just kind of working on poses that I need to spend more time in. I still go to class 2-3 times a week, but it’s not always enough.

Maximum benefits come from doing them in recommend sequences. This is because you’ll warm up your muscles properly with the right poses and counter poses before moving on to poses that would stress those muscles. (For example, I would never do Wheel without spending a little time in bridge or camel.)
