This would be a society of persons that help each other boost rankings on social networks.

For example; Your blog gets mentioned on a popular social network. You issue are request for help. A bunch of friends go check out the post and mod it up.

It would work like this:
Earn a point by helping someone.
Spend a point asking someone to help you.
