is this a good workout plan? please awnser!?
monday- 40 min of power yoga
tuesday- 40 min of pilates (abs, buns, and thighs)
wednesday- 40 min of power yoga
thursday- 40 min of pilates (abs, buns, and thighs)
friday- 40 min of power yoga
saturday- 40 min of pilates (abs, buns, and thighs)
– 40 minutes on the elliptical machine
sunday- 40 min of pilates (abs, buns, and thighs)
– 40 minutes on the elliptical machine
by the way, im a 16 year old girl, and i am already at a healthy weight, so is this a good workout for me?
also, will this workout plan create long, lean muscles, and not bulky ones?
you have to give your muscles time to relax, and heal over, that is how they get stronger. So dont do it every day.
