What tree is associated with yoga, health, longevity?
I can picture it but can’t think of the name for it. It’s a big tree that is quite old. You often see it in naturopathic magazines or in health logos.
It is called the peepal tree.
The symbol of the Tree of Yoga is a sacred tree that shares many of the symbols of the Sacred Tree of the First Nation culture. The Tree of Yoga represents the body/mind as a temple, a body that came with and moves through life with everything it needs.
