
What to do about aching muscles?
Okay OWWWWW. I did this really freaking intense yoga workout yesterday night and now my muscles are SOOO SORE! It’s like ugh. The muscles in my legs are sore but especially, the muscles in my stomach are the most sore. I can’t even eat it’s like a constant stomach ache. What do I do? I want to get on the treadmill tonight but my muscles hurt so much Idk how long I could stay on the treadmill.
I know it sounds painful, but the best thing to do is just to keep going. The longer you stay stationary, the longer you’ll be sore. Also, make sure you stretch after your warm-up and cool-down. Drink lots of water, and don’t take pain pills, it won’t make it any better in the long-run.
